　　對(duì)于出現(xiàn)危急情況（如收縮壓≥180mmHg和/或舒張壓≥110mmHg，意識(shí)改變、劇烈頭痛或頭暈、惡心、嘔吐、視力模糊、眼痛、心悸、胸悶、喘憋不能平臥等）的患者，須在處理后緊急轉(zhuǎn)診，社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心（站）應(yīng)在2周內(nèi)主動(dòng)隨訪轉(zhuǎn)診情況。
